The end of the year is often a time of reflection, both personally and professionally. It’s a great opportunity to take stock of your practices - what’s working, what’s not, old habits to get rid of, new things you’d like to try, etc. Perhaps you’ve thought about this already, or maybe things have been too hectic to even consider making changes.
